Head Chocolatier, George Havlik, of Bohemein Fresh Chocolates will be visiting Huka Lodge over Mother’s Day weekend to share his skill and his passion for the fine art of chocolate making.

Description

With George’s tutored guidance, during a one-hour demonstration, you will learn how to identify and appreciate all the true characteristics of the chocolate - the look, the smell, texture and taste, all of which embody what defines a truly superior chocolate. You can also try a chocolate martini during pre-dinner drinks.


George and his team at Bohemian draw on their European heritage of handmade chocolate making and combine this with the freshest, highest quality New Zealand ingredients to create intensely flavoured, sensationally superior chocolates.
