For the last 28 years, famed whisky expert and purveyor Michael F. Fraser Milne has been selecting, importing and distributing the very finest single malt, blended and other whiskies from Scotland and around the world. Today, his Christchurch-based company, Whisky Galore, ranks as New Zealand's finest supplier of these spirits.

On Friday 16 October, Michael will showcase multiple exceptional and unique whiskies alongside a sensational dinner designed by Otahuna’s Executive Chef Jimmy McIntyre.

Included in the tariff of $275 per person are:
- 6:30pm arrival with whisky, wine and canapés served in the Lodge’s Drawing Room and Entry Hall
- An exquisite 4-course degustation dinner, designed to complement and enhance the flavours of the world’s finest single malts served in the Ballroom.
- A curated collection of whiskies presented by Whisky Galore's own Michael F. Fraser Milne
- A selection of wine and non-alcoholic beverages offered with dinner
- A presentation of aged New Zealand cheeses
- Tea and coffee
