6 courses meal prepared between Chef Kevin Bonello and Chef Vincenzo Candiano (2 Michelin starred Chef at Locanda Don Serafino in Ragusa Ibla, Sicily), 3 courses each showcasing Sicilian and local produce. We will have a Sicilian wine pairing, a producer that works with both properties.
Quatro Mani Dinner will be taking place at the de Mondion on the 26th October 2018. This will be a '4 hands dinner' in collaboration with another Relais & Chateaux property in Sicily called Locanda Don Serafino
