Join our Executive Chef, Michael Nizzero and his pastry chefs as they demonstrate how to create the perfect Bûche de Noël. Explore the different flavours of sponges and creams (and which work best together!) and learn the insider tips for perfecting this traditional dessert. Then enjoy a luxurious Festive Champagne Afternoon Tea including a selection of freshly cut sandwiches, delicious homemade cakes and warm scones served with clotted-cream and a local preserve alongside an extensive selection of teas and coffee and a glass of Champagne.
