An evening with Opera Soprano Marion Wilman and Friends (Stephen Anthony Brown - Tenor and Gina Kruger - Pianist) Enjoy a Champagne and canapé reception followed by a delicious three course dinner whilst being entertained during the evening by Opera Soprano Marion Wilman and friends. This evening's programme will include romantic duets and arias, from repertoire such as Carmen, La Traviata, Samson and Delilah and many more. Lyric soprano Marion Wilmann was born in London and initially studied singing and piano at Trinity College of Music, following up with post-graduate vocal studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Marion was selected as the guest soprano for tenor Russell Watson’s UK tour, singing arias and duets from La Traviata and La Boheme. Recent highlights have included a performance of Schumann’s Frauenliebe und-leben and a concert of baroque masterpieces with the Patrick Norohna Orchestra under Cathal Garvey and Patrick Norohna. Marion will be accompanied by Tenor Stephen Anthony Brown who has sung in all of the UK's major concert halls and Cathedrals. His career has also led to roles with companies such as Almeida Opera, Kent Opera, and the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company. Pianist Gina Kurger is a truly international artiste. She holds degrees in piano from the United States and a post-graduate diploma from the Royal College of Music, London.
