Chef’s Collective is a new initiative launched by four talented chefs from different Pomeranian restaurants : Rafał Wałęsa (Sztuczka Bistro), Jacek Koprowski (Fino), Paweł Dołżonek (1906 Gourmet) Rafał Koziorzemski (Biały Królik). During four dinners scheduled every time in a different restaurant, these chefs are working together to prepare special menus – always reflecting the atmosphere of a particular place and referring to its history and traditions of town and region. The Collective takes us on a culinary trip in the old port in Gdańsk, the French bistro and Sopot in the interwar period, and right into the wonderland to finish the trip in the bourgeois atmosphere of aristocratic palace. "GDYNIA MAD TEA PARTY" is the name of the third dinner organized at White Rabbit Restaurant. This is a combination of Alice in Wonderland world, Gdynian modernism and innovative cuisine with unique, controversial combinations of tastes.
