Un'esperienza unica
This year for Food for Change, Landgoed Hotel Het Roode Koperwill champion Stroese dame, a naturally matured raw milk goat cheese from a local organic goat farm in the Veluwe.

The traditional way of Stroese dame and the care for animal welfare on this goat farm makes the chef very happy. The goats on this small-scale farm mainly get hay and fresh grass and graze outside on the herb and grass-clover pasture for most of the year. This mean that the taste of the milk is very pure. This taste is the basis for the cheese, which ripens completely naturally. You can taste it in the cheese: a nice full flavor.

Nearly 200 Relais & Châteaux chefs in over 50 countries support the Food for Change campaign in partnership with Slow Food through the theme of "One Chef, One Ingredient." As an association of chefs striving to cook locally and seasonally year-round, this is a specific moment where Relais & Châteaux aims to heighten the public’s awareness of biodiversity and climate change where it relates to food in a delicious way. With this worldwide health crisis, food is a major concern for everyone more than ever. Join us in celebrating Food for Change - whether on social media or through a menu.
