This July, Sheen Falls Lodge is delighted to unveil a new beautifully presented chocolate themed Afternoon Tea menu. In partnership with acclaimed Pastry Chef and Chocolate Artesian, Benoit Lorge from Lorge Chocolatiers, has created a chocolate-inspired top tier to the hotel’s signature afternoon tea. Recently, Benoit formulated two new exclusive chocolate flavours, Neidín (dark 73% Cocoa) and Javivo (milk 39% cocoa) which are incorporated into the delightful Afternoon Tea menu.
