A gala event for keen gourmands as our Executive Chef, Paul Froggatt, welcomes talented Chef/Restaurateur, Nic Watt back to the kitchen at Huka Lodge.
Nic was Executive Chef at Huka Lodge from 2001–2004 and following a stellar career overseas he returned to work with SKYCITY to open a series of very successful restaurants.

Paul Froggatt also brings vast skill and knowledge learned while overseas in Michelin-star kitchens, to his own unique style of gastronomy.
Both of these extremely talented chefs are known perfectionists, while also sharing a deep passion and respect for Asian cuisine. Working in close collaboration Paul and Nic will create their own unique menu comprising three signature dishes each. These will be served as alternating courses during this truly spectacular Four Hands Collaboration Dinner.
